The Toggle Bolt is a two-part assembly consisting of a machine screw and a spring wing toggle. The Toggle Bolt has positive action that opens the wings automatically by means of a double-looped spring within the head. As the anchor is tightened, the wing configuration is designed to sit flat against the backside of the wall; this provides even distribution of load weight to prevent pull through. The Toggle Bolt is a spring wing type hollow wall anchor designed for use in block, wallboard, drywall, and other hollow base materials. |
