Calk In
The Calk-In is a pre-assembled precision cast calking type machine bolt anchor which can be used in concrete, block, brick or stone. The cone is open-bottomed to allow for the use of a slightly longer bolt than on closed-bottom anchors. The cone is also designed easy screw starting. The anchor consists of a calking sleeve and an alloy internally threaded expanding cone with a series of ribs. The vertical ribs prevent the cone from turning in the sleeve as the anchor is tightened.

Concrete Screw
The concrete screw provides fast, secure anchoring, utilizing a hardened screw with specially fashioned high and low threads that cut and thread into masonry, brick, concrete, block, etc. This high quality screw has a corrosion resistant coating for demanding environments. Installation is accomplished through the use of specially designed carbide bits, and can be used with the concrete screw drive tool for faster installation. Double End Expansion
The Double End Expansion is a dual expansion machine bolt anchor suited for materials of questionable strength. It can be used in block, solid concrete, brick, and stone. The anchor consists of twin tubular sleeves, bound together with high tension spring steel bands, which contain two protruding wedge shaped hollow cones. One the cones are smooth, while the other is threaded. Internal lugs on the tapered ends of the hollow cones prevent them from rotating during expansion. For maximum expansion, the upper cone should protrude slightly before setting. When the anchor is tightened, the opposing wedges at either end are pulled in tightly providing full length expansion over a large area.

Drop In
The drop-in anchor is used in medium to heavy duty applications in solid materials including concrete and stone. Drop-ins are frequently used for over-head applications including hanging pipe, duct work, machinery, etc. Drop-in anchors house an internal plug which is held securely in place even when used in overhead applications. Using a setting tool the plug is driven to exactly the right depth, causing the anchor to expand.

Hollow Wall Anchor
The Hollow Wall Anchor is designed to be used in thin materials such as wallboard, plaster, paneling, hollow block, etc. Prongs on the underside of the head of the anchor, grip the material being used, keeping the anchor from rotating while being set. As the screw is turned in, the anchor expands, securing itself to the back of the medium. Once set, the screw may be removed as often as necessary. For faster installation, a setting tool may be utilized.

Sleeve Anchors

Toggle Bolt
The Toggle Bolt is a two-part assembly consisting of a machine screw and a spring wing toggle. The Toggle Bolt has positive action that opens the wings automatically by means of a double-looped spring within the head. As the anchor is tightened, the wing configuration is designed to sit flat against the backside of the wall; this provides even distribution of load weight to prevent pull through. The Toggle Bolt is a spring wing type hollow wall anchor designed for use in block, wallboard, drywall, and other hollow base materials.

Wedge Anchors
The Wedge Anchor is used for heavy duty fastening applications where high pullout ratings are required. The anchor and the hole diameter are the same. The advanced design of the collar reduces the likelihood of the anchor spinning within the hole. Proper installation requires cleaning out the hole. Install using a torque wrench set to the suggested level as provided in the instruction sheet. The wedge is used in a variety of structural applications, including fastening sheet metal, steel, aluminum angles, or wood to concrete. Wedge anchors are sold unassembled with the appropriate nuts and washers.
